London — Shaukat Ali Khan, a technology leader from Pakistan, received recognition on four major international platforms, marking a historic moment for his career and his country.
Khan was named among the world’s top digital leaders at the World CIO 200 Grand Final held in Egypt, the third consecutive year he has been honored at the event. His profile was also displayed on a Times Square billboard in New York, as part of the Fortuna Global 100: The Legacy Makers 2025 list.
In addition, Khan was presented with the Impact Award by the Global CIO Forum in the United Kingdom for his contributions to international technology collaboration. His achievements were also documented in the Book of Titans 2025, which profiles leaders shaping global innovation.

“These awards are proof of purpose-driven leadership and collective collaboration,” Khan said in a statement, thanking colleagues and supporters who contributed to his journey.
Khan hails from the Hunza district of Gilgit-Baltistan in northern Pakistan. He currently serves as Executive Chief Digital and Information Officer at the National Health Service (NHS) England, while also advising the President of Aga Khan University.
Khan has become a prominent figure in global technology leadership, a role that Pakistani officials and observers say underscores the country’s growing presence in digital transformation.
